Frequently asked questions

 

  • An initial consultation is when we will discuss our sessions and select what is best suited to bring your vision to life.

  • We understand unexpected events come up. If you need to reschedule, please give us a call as soon as possible (at least 24-48 hours in advance). While our scheduling deposit is non-refundable, you may use it for a one-time reschedule within 1 year of the original appointment.

  • We typically have images available to view one week after the sessions. We will have images available to view and download on a personalized gallery. Depending on the session package you will be able to download all purchased images for a limited time.

  • All ordered and paid for images are saved for a period up to 1 year. Your personal gallery with available images will be kept open for a period of 10 days. Any images not chosen or paid for will NOT be archived for the 1 year period.
